The VC DCSS office (namely John Cardoza, Natasha Oliphant and Gerardo Garin) has continuously lied to me, twisted and misrepresented the law, failed to follow-up on and pursue a valid guideline compliant, has not acted in accordance with its State and federally mandated requirement to put my children's best interest first and/or has been manipulated and misrepresented forms and filing in clear attempts to suppress the obligator's child support amount and to discourage me from seeking a modification and/or final judgement to receive an order at the guideline amount .By Be Aware, February 26, 2017
